Data we collect
We may collect your name, company, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order and coupon details, payment status and transaction reference, support messages, IP address, device/browser information, security logs and cookie preferences.
Airwallex and its payment partners process payment credentials. We do not normally receive or store your full card number or card security code.
Purpose, necessity and legal basis
We use data to provide the website, respond to enquiries, create and fulfil orders, take payment, prevent fraud, arrange DHL/UPS/FedEx delivery, provide after-sales support, keep accounting records and comply with law. Required checkout fields are necessary for these purposes; if they are not supplied, we cannot accept or deliver the order.
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in secure commerce and support, or your consent. Marketing is optional and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Who receives data
We share only what is necessary with Airwallex/payment providers, WooCommerce and hosting/technical providers, DHL, UPS or FedEx, fraud-prevention providers, and professional advisers or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Some recipients may process data outside Hong Kong or your country. We use contractual and operational safeguards appropriate to the destination and service.
Retention and security
We retain order, tax and transaction records for the period required by applicable law and keep other data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, disputes, fraud prevention or security. We use access controls, updates, backups and encrypted connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and may request deletion, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
