1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Site and placing orders with Shenzhen Yuming Jewelry Co., Ltd., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment & Security statement, and Cookie Policy (together, the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, pricing, and orders
Product descriptions, images, weights, and measurements are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur for handcrafted jewellery. Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice before an order is confirmed. An order is an offer; we may accept or decline it. We will confirm acceptance by order confirmation or shipment.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment channels. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable amount for accepted orders.
5. Shipping & risk
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes in accordance with the carrier terms and applicable law once the goods are handed to the carrier unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
6. Returns & warranty
Returns, exchanges, and quality claims are handled under our Returns & Exchange Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and product photography) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit the Site without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 12 months before the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
